Overview analytics

/organizations/:id/analytics surfaces organization-level performance reporting for guest experiences. The dashboard exposes this link when the current user can read/list landing pages or tours, or when the user is assigned as a guide in the organization.

Questions Analytics Answers

Analytics helps teams understand whether guest-facing content is working:

  • Which landing pages, tours, or related experiences are receiving attention?
  • Are guests reaching important tiles, routes, or conversion points?
  • Do guide or tour workflows show enough activity to justify follow-up?
  • Should an event, hospitality, destination, or campaign team update content before launch?

Analytics is a starting point for operational decisions. For detailed debugging, open the underlying landing page, tour, tile, event, or widget record that produced the activity.

Access Model

Analytics is intentionally broader than full authoring in some cases. A guide assigned to tours may see the analytics entry even without full landing page or tour editing rights. This lets field staff inspect performance without giving them complete organization administration.

If the link is missing, check the user's active organization and permissions for landing-page and tour, then confirm whether they are assigned as tour guides for that organization.

Support Notes

When numbers do not match stakeholder expectations, clarify the reporting question before treating the result as a bug:

  • Are they asking about page visits, tile clicks, tour starts, purchases, or form submissions?
  • Which time window and organization are they comparing?
  • Did the guest enter through a landing page, widget, direct tour link, or short link?
  • Was the content recently duplicated, unpublished, or moved between organizations?
