Experiences

Open Experiences in the active organization's guest-experience navigation at /organizations/:id/experiences. Role permissions and, for modular organizations, the Guests module determine access.

Experiences describe activities guests can discover independently of a particular event participant list. A booking link can lead to an external provider; displaying an experience does not itself create a paid Scoutello booking.

Create and check an experience

  1. Open Experiences and select Create experience.
  2. Maintain the name, description, images and location.
  3. Add opening hours, duration, categories, attributes and a starting price where useful.
  4. Add the intended booking URL and responsible contacts.
  5. Review the active state and visibility, then save.
  6. Use the public visit action for an active, public experience to check the guest result.

The starting price is an indication for discovery, not a checkout total. Check the booking destination's own dates, availability and payment terms.

Publish through a web app or itinerary

An Experiences tile presents a filtered selection in list or map form. Experiences can also be added to day plans.

For missing results, check the owning organization, active state, visibility, tags, location/radius filters and assigned-only scope. Preview the published web app rather than relying solely on an authenticated editor.
