- Organization — Tenant boundary for teams, branding, billing context, roles, permissions, and most operational data.
- Dashboard — Scoutello's authenticated operator console for configuring and running experiences.
- Landing page / web app — A guest-facing experience composed primarily of configurable tiles.
- Tile — A modular interactive or informational component on a landing page, such as a link, PDF, tour, event list, gallery, chat, or poll. See Tile types for the catalog exposed in authoring tools.
- Tour — A structured guest journey; common families include outdoor guided routes, indoor companion paths, and fixed-route experiences.
- Place / POI — Geographic or venue-related entities used for maps, recommendations, tours, and events.
- Event — An occasion with dates, participants, ticketing, communication, and frequently public guest tiles.
- Customer — CRM contact record used for sales, service, follow-up, and segmentation.
- Protocol — Interaction log typically associated with customers.
- Task / project — Operational work tracking constructs.
- Newsletter — Broadcast email campaigns integrated with CRM data.
- Email (inbox) — Organization-scoped inbound and outbound mail handling in the dashboard.
- Widget — Embeddable purchase or interaction surface (see dashboard Widgets for specifics).
- Role / permission — Access-control entries scoped per organization; see Permissions.
