Dashboard assistant
Open the assistant with the chat button in the dashboard. It uses the active organization and current page to provide relevant help. Switching organizations changes that context, so confirm the organization before requesting an action.
Ask for help
Describe the task, the page and the visible problem. Useful questions include how to invite a contact, where a setting lives, or why a publication step is blocked. Include the exact validation message when a form cannot be saved.
The assistant can explain documented workflows. On supported authoring pages it can also help with the current content or editor. The available actions depend on the page, role and enabled features.
Review any proposed content or action before confirming it. An assistant suggestion is not evidence that a record was saved, published, sent or paid; check the resulting product state.
Input and review
Use text, or the microphone/input controls where available. Review transcribed text and generated drafts, especially names, dates, recipients and commercial amounts.
For email approval, inspect the actual review draft and recipients. Sending remains an explicit human decision. See Email and approvals.
Guest realtime voice is a separate feature with its own allowance. Dashboard documentation questions and recorded guide narration should not be described as guest voice-minute usage.
When help is incomplete
Confirm the active page and organization, describe the current interface labels and provide the exact error. If the answer does not match the visible interface, use the documented guide and retain the mismatch for support. Missing controls may reflect role permissions, module access or billing recovery.
