Organization settings and administration
Organization-level controls appear in Administration, other relevant sidebar groups, and the organization settings/subscription view. Availability depends on role permissions and module access.

Billing and commerce
Subscription shows active modules, recurring configuration, current usage, trial/cycle dates and scheduled changes. Billing administrators can review a new selection and use the subscription's Invoices section for Scoutello invoices and payment recovery.
Contracts and customer invoices covers documents the organization issues to customers. Orders records guest and customer commerce. Print orders have their own artwork, proof, quote and fulfillment history.
Communication and hierarchy
Mail templates provide reusable branded layouts for event and operational communication. Widgets expose supported registration or purchase flows on external sites.
Child organizations and roles manage organization structure and team capabilities. Organization administration uses the admin permission entity; it differs from the global Scoutello platform-staff account type.
A control is missing
Check the active organization, the user's role and the relevant module. A purchased module does not replace role permissions, and a role permission does not activate an unpurchased module.
Promotion-material and workflow navigation remains restricted to platform staff. Do not use platform-staff menus as instructions for ordinary organization members.
