Gallery

Gallery maintains curated media collections for an organization. The route is /organizations/:id/gallery, and the sidebar includes it in the Web apps & tours group so teams can manage shared visual assets near the guest experiences that rely on them.

Reusable photos and media belong here when they support landing pages, tours, events, destinations, hospitality experiences, or tile content. A good gallery makes guest-facing pages easier to update because operators do not need to re-upload the same visual context for every campaign.

What Belongs Here

Good gallery candidates include:

  • Venue, room, booth, exhibition, or property photos.
  • Destination highlights and partner visuals.
  • Event atmosphere images.
  • Tour stop or itinerary imagery.
  • Visual assets reused by media gallery tiles, landing pages, or support material.

Avoid using the gallery as an unreviewed dump of every uploaded file. Guest-facing media should be accurate, properly licensed, and appropriate for the organization's brand.

Publishing Review

Before connecting gallery assets to landing pages or tiles, confirm the media belongs to the active organization and looks good on mobile screens. Verify rights, privacy, and consent for people or protected locations shown in the media. Descriptive names help support find assets later, and outdated event or offer imagery should be removed after the campaign ends.

Gallery assets often become part of media gallery tiles, landing page sections, tour stop context, or printed/QR promotion material. If a guest reports missing or outdated imagery, inspect both the gallery item and the page or tile that references it.
