Routes and surfaces
Hosts depend on the deployment. Use generated publishing/share links for guest-facing material.
| Surface | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Marketing site | Localized product pages and the current pricing calculator |
| Operator dashboard | Authenticated organization content, CRM, communication, administration and billing |
| Guest web app | Published web apps, guides, events, planning, saved content and checkout |
| Short links | Compact redirects into the intended guest or marketing destination |
Organization entry points
| Workspace | Route |
|---|---|
| Guides | /organizations/:id/guides |
| Existing tour editor | /organizations/:id/tours/:tourId |
| Day-plan editor | /organizations/:id/dayplans/:dayPlanId |
| Web apps | /organizations/:id/landing-pages |
| Experiences | /organizations/:id/experiences |
| Contacts | /organizations/:id/customers |
| Subscription | /organizations/:id?tab=subscription |
| Customer invoices and contracts | /organizations/:id/invoices, /organizations/:id/contracts |
Routes alone do not grant access. Role permissions, subscription modules and record ownership still apply. Guides consolidates tour and day-plan navigation while preserving existing record URLs.
Guest links and personal views
Tour, web-app and day-plan publication tools generate links for the intended visibility and deployment. The guest app also has personal calendar and My Visit views; they use the current account's saved and acquired content rather than exposing organization authoring tools.
Calendar subscription links expose a read-only feed and should be kept private. See Planning and My Visit.
Some previews and payment-confirmation screens intentionally omit the dashboard chrome. For a broken link, compare the shared URL with the publishing tool's current link and confirm organization, publication state and access.
