Contact forms

Contact forms let organizations gather structured inquiries from guest web apps and turn them into operational follow-up. The dashboard route is /organizations/:id/contactforms, exposed when the role can list or read contactform.

Contact forms are most useful when a guest action should not disappear into a generic inbox. They can capture leads, support requests, booking questions, partner inquiries, or campaign-specific submissions and then guide the team toward CRM, newsletter, email, or task follow-up.

Common Uses

  • Request information from a hotel, venue, guide, association, or destination team.
  • Capture sponsor, exhibitor, or partner leads during events.
  • Let guests ask support questions from a landing page without leaving the mobile experience.
  • Create campaign-specific forms that can be linked from contact form tiles.

Publishing Review

For a production form, confirm it belongs to the intended organization and uses clear field labels. Mark only truly required fields as required, provide multilingual labels for multilingual guest experiences, and test from the guest route or tile. Decide how submissions will be triaged: CRM customer follow-up, inbox, newsletter audience, or manual export.

Troubleshooting

If submissions arrive incomplete, check the field schema, required flags, and translated labels. If spam increases, escalate to the organization's moderation or anti-abuse policy and confirm whether additional rate limiting or CAPTCHA behavior is needed.
