Questions and frequently asked questions

The dashboard separates interactive Questions from reusable FAQs.

Question

A Question asks guests for an answer or selection. It is suitable for surveys, feedback, voting, or a question within a form, event, tour, or web app.

To create one, open Questions, select Create, maintain the question and answer options, then save it. Add the saved question where guest input should be collected.

Frequently asked question

A Frequently asked question presents a prepared question with its answer. It is suitable for recurring information such as arrival, opening hours, accessibility, tickets, or preparation.

To create one, open FAQs, select Create, maintain the question and answer, then save it. It can then be reused in web apps and other guest-facing content.

Questions collect guest responses; FAQs provide prepared answers.
