Guest experiences and reusable content

The Guest experiences group brings together web apps, Guides, events, experiences, offers and guest insights. Reusable authoring resources appear under Content & building blocks.

A web app is the published guest shell; tiles provide the information or interactions inside it. Guides brings together tours and reusable day plans.

The older /tours and /dayplans routes remain associated with Guides. Analytics and guest-insight entry points depend on permissions, guide assignment and module access.

Access and publishing checks

For modular organizations, Guests enables web apps, experiences and offers; Events enables event management. Guides supplies free-guide activation capacity and expanded publishing. The free foundation still allows paid-guide authoring within its allowance.

Shared editors and content can be reached through the feature that owns them. A hidden standalone sidebar entry does not mean that all existing linked content has been deleted.

Before sharing, check publication state, language readiness, visibility, commercial readiness where relevant, and the resulting guest view. For missing navigation, check both role permissions and Subscription.
