Dashboard overview
The dashboard is the authenticated workspace for publishing guest content and managing the organization behind it. Confirm the active account and organization before creating records or changing settings.
Main navigation
| Group | Typical work |
|---|---|
| Guest experiences | Web apps, Guides, events, experiences, offers and guest insights |
| CRM & operations | Contacts, protocols, opportunities, tasks, projects, documents and customer invoices |
| Communication | Email, mailing lists and available communication tools |
| Content & building blocks | Reusable places, place groups, site plans, forms, questions, galleries and FAQs |
| Administration | Contracts, mail templates, widgets, organization structure and roles |
The sidebar shows only entries available for the current role, organization and enabled modules. Staff-only entries are marked separately. Sidebar groups can be reordered, and the command search provides another way to reach available destinations.
Guides combines tours and day plans. Older tour and day-plan URLs still belong to that workspace. Start with the guest-experience guide when publishing content and the CRM overview when working with contacts.
Switch account or organization
The organization switcher changes the active tenant within the current account. The account menu changes the signed-in identity.
To use another saved account, open the account menu and select its email address. Add account starts sign-in for another identity. Signing out one saved account differs from signing out all saved accounts on the device.
After switching, check both the account and organization. Membership, permissions, purchases and saved content can differ between accounts; an organization switch does not merge them.
Profile and personal preferences
Open Profile to maintain personal contact information, available sender/email settings, writing style, reports and calendar subscription settings. Organization-specific contact fields are saved for the active organization.
Changing an email address can require a separate confirmation flow. Check the pending/confirmed state rather than assuming that saving a contact field has immediately changed the sign-in address.
Product-update email preferences are separate from an organization's mailing-list subscriptions. Use the update-subscription controls or the unsubscribe link in a product-update email; opting out of one does not unsubscribe from every organization newsletter.
Subscription and help
Open Subscription to review modules, capacity, usage and billing. Organization administrators manage changes; other members can read their modular usage.
The dashboard assistant provides page-aware help and available editing assistance. Some previews and payment screens intentionally omit the usual navigation; see Routes.
