Use a video tile to present video media within the page. Configure the media through the editor and test playback in the published guest app, including a mobile browser.

Browsers can require a guest action before playback or sound starts. Do not rely on audible autoplay to communicate essential information. Provide captions or a readable text alternative for important content.

If playback fails, verify the selected media, its availability and the browser/network used by the guest. For a provider's booking page or iframe, use External embed and its supported input instead.
